Chris Birkey. He keeps Windows and ChromeOS running for a K–12 district in Calumet City, and spent nearly twelve years in software support before that. PatchDesk is the desk he wanted for a small team: customer tickets and bugs in one product, $7 per user, nothing gated. Not a second job bolted onto a consultancy — he uses it.
