Desk, contrast, and onboarding

The work surface is more honest and easier to read. Marketing pages match the product.

Done — readable labels

  • Status and priority chips use near-black text on stronger fills in light mode.
  • Dark mode chips use white text on solid colors instead of translucent pastels.
  • SLA badges follow the same contrast treatment.

Done — inbox and issues

  • Inbox opens as a split view: list on the left, thread on the right.
  • Issue search and filters actually filter the list.
  • Tickets show short IDs (PD-XXXXXX / SUP-XXXXXX).
  • Command palette: press ⌘K or Ctrl+K to jump or search.
  • Reports show real issue and support counts. Fake “+12%” trends are gone.

Done — navigation and account

  • My Account is in the sidebar footer for every role.
  • Mobile dashboard has a hamburger drawer.
  • Sidebar follows the selected theme. Knowledge Base is hidden until it ships.
  • System theme option on Account.

Done — public site

  • Shared header and footer on marketing pages.
  • Homepage describes Inbox, Issues, Portal, and Security.
  • /support finds a company portal instead of a 404.
  • Customers can look up tickets by email on a portal.
  • Register uses the logo, a privacy checkbox, and signs you in.

In the dashboard, press ⌘K / Ctrl+K to open the command palette.
